While at it, what say you to duplicate all CC lanes that have any events on them and put them at the top of the dropdown menu? This way swapping between CC lanes that actually have data would be faster too...
Some really important usability enhancements to consider in that post alone, apart from just listing the used CCs first then separator then the full CC list afterwards!
I'm giving this prevent "midi notes from retriggering" preference a go
So the note then sustains, using the note on of the first note and the note off of the note created from the split.
It's then precarious because if the split point is edited (very likely at some point with some items in a large session) then the second note starts retriggering again and the new note off from the original note becomes valid.
I do think an option for note dangle would be the best angle.
Thanks! While at it, could you please also add an action to duplicate notes in Inline editor ? This is the only thing i'm missing there for editing.. At the moment the only way to duplicate notes (ctrl+D) is only if we add time selection. (or am i missing something?) It would be great if we could duplicate notes without time selection, just by selecting them as it's possible in midi editor.
Yep, I definitely think it would be better without this label at all, I better have well visually aligned buttons.
The label content are already present in the menu of the New.. button, and the other only light up when selected entry are custom actions or reascript so I dont think the label is needed. Better have pleasing visual there. :P
Justin! It's a public health issue so manny modifiers sharing the same icon. Not good for shanti shanti living for sure ! please think about it ! it's huge what is missing there !
On Windows at least... default theme, they seem like grayed out. Hard to read.
Also we lost the ability to click and while the list of CCs was visible, type a number to scroll close to the CC we wanted to select. For example to select CC 64 before.. you could type the 6 number and it scrolled to the 60, which is closer to select the 64. Ideally it would be nice to be able to type 64 and it would select CC64 directly.
Nice. Now we can see the whole CC names. Those "More" CC sub-menus also work better here than scrolling down one big list. However, typing numbers while over the initial list only works up to 22. Any given More sub-menu has to be open for the number typing to work in there. Would be nice if the appropriate More menu would open when typing numbers over 22 in the main CC menu.
Like heda said, the visibility of the CC selector needs adjustment. This pre-release vs. v6.12c:
