Reaper crashes when audio interface is used by another source, in this case the music player (foobar2000).

Reproduce:
- Play music in the background using the same audio interface as you're using in Reaper
- In Reaper, a prompt that "sample rate is not supported by one of the USB interfaces".
- Switch to another device, then hit "ok". Back to properties and switch back to the previous usb audio interface.
- Crash
Please note that this happens without having to switch back and forth the audio device, it just happen to crash in this way during the time of recording the video.
