Default a way to apply individual FX to individual audio clips

I know that you can process the FX "rack" to an individual clip...

but is there way just to apply the FX ona clip without setting up general track fx? (destructively or non destructively?)

I know i can open the audio clip in an editor and do it that way..it would just be more streamlined if i could do it quickly on audio in reaper.

Just drag and drop the FX on the item/take or open the per-take-FX chain via the context menu->take or Shift+E.

Or
open item properties (F2) and click on the FX button (next to Invert phase)

You can also have an FX button permanently on your items by checking Preferences => Appearance => Media -> Item icons => "FX empty"

Use "render item as new take" or glue to print the FX into a file.
