Default I want to check myself on my VST chains for my vocals

I have the following tracks for my vocals:

Lead Vocal
Delay
Reverb
Sub VOCAL

Each of them have the following VSTs and I ask anyone to help me determine any changes I need to make.

I think my main concern is if my VST stack on my Lead Vocal is potentially too much. Also, the VSTs listed are the order in which they are in currently and want to check myself on the order as well.

The routing is NOT at issue.

LEAD VOCAL Track (Do I need all of these VSTs, or should they be on another track?):
Compressor
Waves Real-Time Mono
Limiter
Gain

DELAY Track
ReaDelay
Limiter
Gain

REVERB Track
Reverb
Limiter
Gain

Sub VOCAL Track
Limiter
Gain

Record with and without the vocal plugin chain. If you can get the same results without the chain, then you don't need the plugins.

Plugin order is dependent on the sound you're after. Looking at your order...It doesn't look wrong, but i also don't know what it sounds like with your vocals.

One thing i see missing is an eq

There's no way for anyone else to tell what is correct. It depends on whether it sounds the way you want. The only universal rule I've found is to never set up an FX chain that you use on everything by default.
