Default Windows 10 File Permissions after reinstall

I have just had to reinstall Windows 10 on my system drive. Now, the file permissions for all the files on my non-system (mostly sample drives) have file permissions pertaining to the former system installation.

Can someone advise as to what I need to run here to avoid file permission issues. Can I run a like some of these in the link below on each of my non-system drives?

If so, which command? I don't wish to mess anything up!

Thx
Felix

For nearly a decade I've used a Take Ownership script to fix permission issues with a big "slap Windows out of the way" approach. A Linux user is likely mortally wounded each time I used it.

Run it on the Reaper root folder.
Probably don't be like me and run it on C:/
But I never had any issues.

Thank you Fergler! Just what I was looking for! I think I have used that one in the past!
