Default MIDI w/ Mbox and Reaper
I just got a great deal on a used Mbox. I'm still going to use Reaper as I think I'm spoiled now.

I have everything but MIDI working right now. When I go to select MIDI all I see is Mono and Stereo input, no MIDI.

Any help here is appreciated.

Options/Preferences/Midi Devices - are they all enabled for input and output? (If not right click on them and enable).

You may also want to enable control messages.
