Default Incorrect notation with natural. How to fix?

I the Key of F. The first image is the correct notation but the B on the bass clef plays as B-flat and it should be B natural.

When I select the two Bs > Right click> Accidental > Move note up one semitone (B natural) It sounds right but get the second image as my notation.

How do I assign notes to be natural (or otherwise) and get them to stay on a chosen clef?

Edit: I got it sorted.

No Key Signature after the clefs, right?

Also,
I guess the MIDI Item that you are editing, has the "Key Snap" option Disabled/Unticked, right?

Not really. I understands keys. Music is in the Key of F. i.e 1 flat, B flat. Setting it to play the B natural screwed up the notation, but played correctly. However, I discovered how to rectify everything by right clicking on the note and using a combination of, Accidental, Dot/Tie, and Staff.
