Default vst compatiblity with arturia analog factory

i cant seem to open the analog factory as a vst (or in any other way) in reaper. it won't even register the hardware as a midi controller. i have the newest 32bit version of reaper but i'm thinking they're just not compatible.

i was wondering if anyone has tried this? right now i'm running analog factory as a stand-alone on one computer and taking it out through my headphone jack, into my interface to be recorded on my other computer (i know i know).

i really would like to just open it up as a vst through reaper. any help would be greatly appreciated!

as it turns out, i had the analog factory .dll file in the wrong folder. so it was purely my incompetence. it is now working beautifully.

There is a bug with "analog factory.dll" inside Reaper. The version x64 is not recognized by Reaper. If i change the name of this VST, it works.
For exemple, "Analog.dll" is recognized by Reaper...

I guessing you have your 'paths' for your VST folders out of order. If you are using 64 bit Reaper, the 64 bit plugin folder needs to be listed after the 32 bit folder. For example...

"C:\VST 32";"C:\VST 64"

This will allow Reaper to select the 64 bit VST if both the 32 bit and the 64 bit are named the same.

Hope this helped.
