Move Item Contents without Moving Item Envelopes

I would like to be able to move Item Contents (alt-drag by default) without also moving the item/take envelopes - i.e. be able to move the waveform, but not any of the envelopes.
I can't see that this is easily possible - ideally it would be an option in the Mouse settings

Yes please. This is something that I really miss from Ableton Live, which I used before Reaper. Used it all the time when doing sound design.

This is possible by using "Move loop section contents ignoring snap" mouse modifier.

That looks like exactly what I want, but I can't see that modifier in the Mouse Modifiers section. I'm looking under the "Media Item" context, but that option isn't there.

Media item left drag context, double click on the modifier line you want to change to get the action menu. Move item loop section contents is on that menu and when you go right on that action line, you get two options for it, Just adjust and Ignoring snap.
