Default Expose Action for "Set 0:00 to Edit Cursor"

can the "Set 0:00 to Edit Cursor" command be exposed as an assignable action in the action list?

I'm too lazy to pull up the project properties dialog each time I want to change this, and would like to assign a hotkey or mouse shortcut.

Adding this somewhere in the track view context menu would also do the trick.

This should be scriptable already, using ConfigVars, I think...

My script "Set timecode at edit cursor" does that. It's available in ReaPack.

^This and I have a couple lying around that I edited to set 0:00 at current bar, current selected item etc. Something like that anyway but completely doable and existing.
