Here you go strinx if you want it normal width (replace these lines):
set mcp.size [88 370]
set mcp.trackidx [1 356 85 13 0 1 0 1]
set mcp.label [1 337 85 18 0 1 0 1]
set mcp.meter [6 5 75 302 1 0 0 1]

Basically its a margin to control the track id number and stop it turning 90 degrees when using track id's that become longer than they are wide.
The +:w:1[0 0 -1] +:h:1[0 -1] I don't quite understand but it does the same job as using really big numbers to define the outer limits of the margin meaning it prevents the number switching around when using really big track sizes . You'll see what I mean if you just use the first expression.
The Credit to using track i'ds in this manner and that snippet of code goes to Bernstraw .

Bringing it @nick and looking forward.
Also Nick, I was wondering if you're planning to bring back a version that will have Volume Slide in the TCP because to be honest with you, I found myself yesterday working and intuitively i wanted to bring the volum of a track down and reached out the TCP to that specific track and booooom hit a wall cuz no Volume.
Of course if you have in mind to create this theme without, I totally respect that and will get use to it. But was just wondering.
I hope we could have one day in Reaper the possibility to just dial up a Fader a la Pro Tools that shows up with a Macro and you just see the Channel Strip showing up and you can play with it instead to always have to reach the Mixer etc...
Thank you again for this amazing Theme
And happy friday to All

Awesome. I really like the theme, but I can't use it without the volume control in the TCP.
Can't wait, and thanks again!

I love this theme - and I don't usually attribute such strong emotion to anything digital.

Looks Great love the new knobs
How about a knobles and faderless pan width layout . You could just use the text . This could look prity cool and save space.
Or you could have one knob for pan and drag the text for width.
Just some thoughts Looking great thoe

What you mean? The text cannot be draggable...

You can make a completely transparent knob and place it over the label.

That mixer layout looks interesting, Nick. Maybe it's just me but those knobs look like they don't belong there, they look "out of place", so to speak. In my opinion, a couple of lanes with a red line (like we have it now for pan/left) would look much better. Just an opinion

Reaborn Transport graphically corrupt
Hi Nick,
Could you please have a look at this pic and comment on the position of the transport graphics. It's on my laptop which has a resolution of 1280 x 800
https://stash.reaper.fm/10910/Reaborn...t%20Laptop.JPG
Thanks

no, i agree the knobs look rather odd. I think it's the shinyness, especially the bright white line highlites... just looks kinda confusing, like they are indicators or something. I'd try making it a bit more matte or glossier finish, or at least not sharp white lines like that.
still frickin amazing theme, one of the best I've ever seen

Yes yes much nicer.
I wonder if you could give them a little more indent like in WT voodoo or silents reaction themes or even pro fools .
I take my hat off to you guys all that alpha shading confuses the hell out of me.

Hy. I don´t know if someone mention this but in 1600x900, when I dock something left or right and expand it, the transport bar gets all messed up, it doesn´t addapt to shrinking at all.

Hey Nick, do you know if it's possible to make a version of your "composite_toolbar_overlay.png" that can be used as a toolbar icon to create labels which don't have the overlay visible?
i.e. a button whose background = the toolbar colour background + a text label but with an inverted copy of the composite overlay on top so that it visually cancels out the actual overlay image?
Does that even make sense? ... can't get it to work here - not great with image software - maybe there's another way.

I think that faders and knobs should have similar colors, dark knobs blend to much with the rest of MCP

hears WT's voodoo
Its the highlights around the pan knobs I'm on about , notice the highlight at the bottom
.
Hear its the black band around the knob that makes it feel like it belongs (sorry been drinking )
I would have a go myself but my graphical skills are useless and to get something so simple to look so good is tricker than you'd think. ....

I've installed this now and its great except for one thing - the mixer is too tall and can't seem to be made shorter - takes up too much space
Wish there was a way to make a pop up type of panel that appears when you mouse over its edge but otherwise stays out of the way (like the windows taskbar on auto hide)
