r128x for Windows?
In Kenny's video, "Setting the LUFS Level", he suggests getting the r128x app to double-check/confirm LUFS levels, but I can only find it for Mac.
Is there a Windows version or something like it for Windows?

I love the Orban one: https://www.orban.com/freeorbanloudnessmeter
I think we are talking about an offline LUFS check, correct?

Actually it's .com not .org. But it does come closest to what the r128x app does: drag & drop, see the numbers. Loudness Penalty is an online service but I can work with that. I see they have an offline version for $49, but that's out of my reach at the moment. Thanks for this link!

Are you aware of the loudness analyzer that comes with the SWS extension?

This isn't free either, but it it relatively inexpensive and there have been sales. I think I paid $27 USD for mine.

I love this one. Totally worth it. It has presets for all the major streaming services. I use it all the time for doing post processing for youtube content that will be livestreamed out.
