Default Xpand2?

I'm brand new to Reaper. I just switched over from Pro Tools. On the pro tools program there was a plug-in called xpand2 which I did all my midi instruments and drums on. I was wondering how to get that same program on Reaper? I was watching one of the video tutorials here at Reaper. FM. And one of the guys was able to get it working with Reaper I was wondering if anyone knew how to. I'm running a HP PC and it should be able to handle it no problem

have yet to read it. but might be POL

Plugin Boutique has a nifty account setup, keeps track
of downloads, serials, has how-to-install guides, bonuses etc
