It makes triple wide text label icons for toolbars and you can adapt it to your needs...

just thought it might save some folks a little time

the zip includes the need font family or you can use others you already have

EDIT: dumb me... should have mentioned for the 'Open' locations, folders etc. I'm using Lokasenna's lua script. Here is a link to whole thing you can get about it... script included along with PDF, etc.
