Default a question to Mr Tie, answer may concern otrher themers

I feel like sergent Gordon pointing his spolight to the cloudy sky of Reaper City to drow the shape of a tie in order to ask for help to the high hated vigilante.
I am sorry to play this role but I have a question and I am pretty sure you have the aswer.
dear White tie, we all seen your very well agenced pan layouts in imperial, especially the one knob left, one knob right.

My question is this one: how should be named the png file for the Right side knob?

Default

mcp_pan_knob_large.png (over size of 30 pixels), mcp_pan_knob_small ()under 30 pixels

mcp_width_knob_large(over size of 30 pixels), mcp_width_knob_small

for width knob to appear on right click(for stereo pan mode and dual pan mode), you can use the line:

set mcp.width trackpanmode>=4 [6 82 18 18 0 0 0 0] [0]

AN YOU CAN CHANGE THE TRACKPANMODE NUMBERS FOR DIFFERENT PAN MODE SETTING (DEFAULT, STEREO, DUAL,..)

See walther theming guide pdf page 27 for details about pan modes:

1, 2 or 3 Default stereo balance / mono pan
4 or 5 Stereo pan (pan & width)
6 Dual Pan (Pan Left & Pan Right)

As Janne83 said. In dual pan mode, the right knob uses the width image & WALTER.
