I've seen 4'33" performed by pianist in a packed concert hall. It was framed by some selections of Samuel Barber piano ompositions. don't remember the Barber pieces at all, they were pretty boring, but i certainly do the Cage! it's actually an incredible experience. John Cage has some great compositions. His prepared piano pieces and his "Aria for voice" come to mind.
Props to these guys for doing this. I think John would approve.
