v6.20 draging preview section to arrange shows wrong length of item (FIXED)

This bug is in v6.20 and 6.20 on windows. I tested 6.18 and am not seeing this.

When dragging a section of a previewed file to the arrange the full length of the item is visible until mouse release. Should be just the length of the selected area.
