Default trigger drum sounds via feet

i'm looking for a device that will trigger midi drum sounds via feet

basically i'm trying to recreate what this does (in the following link) cheaply. In link its real acoustic drum sounds but i look for a cheap way to do it via midi.

https://www.footdrums.com/product/6pedalfootdrum/#color

it doesn't need to be professional i just wanted to practice a bit to see if its something i like

Put a mic on the floor. Stomp on it. Use the JS drum trigger plug or ReaGate to generate a midi note.

Any midi foot controller would work, too. If it send midi notes, you’re done. If it sends CCs, you’d need a plugin to convert, but those exist.

Might be a little overkill, but it should work as long as you’ve got a MIDI input to plug it into.

I bought a programmable MIDI footswitch for about 5 pounds a few years back & the same seller had 1,2,3 and 4 switch pedals available. I use mine to stop/start reaper or engage/start recdording remotely.

Should be dead easy to send the appropriate message from easch switch and much cheaper than even a used Behri MIDI foot controller.
