Cool! Thanks
I think stem tracks should also inherit originals automation mode if the pre-fader command/action was used.

Sweet... only .25 to go!!! I heard V3 has a theme editor named "Waldo" but I can't seem to find it.

Surprised they are bothering with 3.75. I was expecting them to make the push on v4 from here on in instead of splitting resources.

It's a good thing; they are not abandoning v3 for those who are not upgrading. These are fixes to make 3 a solid stable product.

What a breath of fresh air!
I compare this with the problems I have had ignored on that other place`s tech support and I am once again glad I have a nice shiny Reaper 3 + licence.

I'm glad that this is a Cockos ethos. Which in my mind is the integrity that every developer should have: to give their customers a solid final product, rather than leaving customers hanging with a product that they bought a license for, that will always be incomplete / broken. I actually get amazed when I see so many products that are abandoned for the next version and people are stuck with something that doesn't really work right. Or in OSX, devs that go from PPC directly to Intel within the same version. What??? That's like sitting down to a great meal only to have it taken away by the waiter before you finished it.

This is what developers with conscience and integrity do!

I didn't say it was bad, just not expected because I consider v3 a stable product now. Sooner or later a developer has to move on. I just thought 3.74 was going to be where that happened.

If you say so. Not sure how integrity is a factor. No application is ever perfect and someone will always be unhappy when you finally move on to the next version. V3 is pretty damn solid as is. Its not like the product is junk and basically unusable. Nothing is being abandoned unfinished or broken. Sooner or later you have to let it go and move on.

I have never seen a software developer who do work for non-upgrading customers.
Reaper 3.74 is very stable and i feel it has zero bug.but, still updates and modifications are going on,.
its amazing!
Thank You Cockos,. I am proud to be your customer,.
I think schwa plans to continue like 3.75 then 3.76 .,.......to .,..3.99 is it something like that,.
-----I love cockos and their flagship Reaper---

Thanks.
I was waiting for the overflow bug being fixed in V3 also, nice to see it's done now.

Yes, I'm not aware of any Reaper feature introduced in a higher major version number alpha implemented back in a current version which makes sense to me.
So give the v4 alpha a try, I suppose you did already (I did and didn't meet any problems so far) or wait until it's officially released.

Integrity is about doing the right thing. When v4 is released I suspect that's the time to move on. Until then, when issues exist in your product (a product that has been paid for by your customers), you fix them. What may not be an issue to you may be to others. That's doing the right thing...and to do that, demonstrates integrity.
Or just take my word for it because I say so.
Regards,
DB
