Default Delete/add only one midi item in drum track - how?

Okay, I have important issue.

For example - I have midi drum track through my whole song and now - how can I add ONLY ONE note in this track in ONLY ONE place or how can I delete only one note? Now if I decide to delete just one note then all the same notes in track will be deleted. How to avoid that?

Please help.

are you talking about a looped MIDI item that you've dragged longer? If you glue the item you'll be able to edit individual notes
