Hide FX in the FX window

hey guys,
just a minor suggestion:
I'd like to hide several FX in the FX window. E.g. I want to hide all VST2 versions if a VST3 alternative exists. But I don't want to delete VST2 FX to be able to load older projects. I even want to hide older plugin versions (e.g. FabFilter Pro-L, cause I now use Pro-L 2) but don't want to delete them for the same reason.

Rename the effects you want to hide by prepending # in their name. Then in FX browser you have an option to not show FX that have # in their name.

More like built-in actual feature, as it doesn't require an extension or a script or a custom action... It is "native".
