Default Action for "Disable Audio" on video item?

Is it possible, through action or API, to access a video item's "Audio:" pulldown menu? Specifically, to select "disable audio" for a video item.

I'm trying to streamline my usual video import workflow. Here's what I do with every video file:

Code:
Drag n drop to a new track
Duplicate
Select item on top track
Ctrl-F2 (Video item properties)
Disable audio
Select item on bottom track
Glue
rename/color tracks.

IDDQD has a cool script, but his solution is to simply set the top item's volume to -inf https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-uMXYFy4Xc

The closest to this is to import all videos in a temporary project, change the audio settings on the first item and use the "copy audio settings to all video sources" button. You can then copy them over to your main project.

Would be nice to have this feature as an action.
