Default Automating video preset parameters should respect the step value...

Some video preset parameters have discrete steps. When manually changing values for those parameters, the step is respected, only acceptable values are possible to choose.

However, when automating those parameters, the automation does not respect the step. Any value can be assigned to the parameter, including values outside the valid steps. This creates strange results sometime, see for instance this thread https://forum.cockos.com/showthread....94#post2066194.

One example of what I am talking about is the De-interlace preset, which has only on-off toggles as parameters. But automating those parameters lets them take whatever value between 0 and 1.

This is an unwanted "feature", if not a bug...

EDIT: I just tested how JSFX behaves in this respect, and there it works as I'd expect it; even though the automation is a smooth curve, the steps are respected and only valid values appear.
