Edit item while recording
In "samplitude" it is possible to write a track and snip it at the same time. Even move from one track to another. I can not find this opportunity in the reaper. Or is it not implemented? Very handy feature. While the vocalist sings, you can immediately select a good piece. Or push the visible unevenness on the grid.

Your english is fine, I hope my understanding of it didn't fail either. Afaik, you cannot edit the live data while it's been recorded. The link I gave you has one workaround if you'd still want to accomplish what you asked for (edit your recording, while you're still recording it).

Reaper can do ALOT and i mean, really, ALOT.
But what your asking for is not possible in Reaper, afaik.
As a matter of fact, i really don't know ANY DAW that can do that.
You are just asking abit too much my friend and i hope you realize that
Warm Regards.

I think that is right.
I have a memory that the NLE from Newtek called Speed Edit could capture video whilst you edited material down stream but I could be mistaken...

In "Samplitude" it is. I use constantly. I can shoot a video of how this works in "Samplitude pro x".

I for one would be interested in hearing from you in more detail than this. Exactly what features do you think Reaper lacks that would be useful to a sizeable proportion of us, the user base?
One thing: This is genuinely NOT a fanboi kneejerk reaction - I am DAW-gnostic (currently own and use 5) but also ever interested in anything that improves the breed or points out something in another DAW (which I may well already own) that Reaper cant do that I would find useful.

One of the best all in one video, audio, screen recorder/editor instantly or whenever you want to edit. I personally recommend Camtasia Studios to do them all in one software. Also you can use Soundcloud downloader to downloader Soundcloud playlist in mp3 format.

Apparently davido has left the building. Ah, well.... I did try my very best not to make this confrontational, but there ya go.
Still wondering what davido saw/sees as reapers missing features.
