Send velocity persistent bug when deleting Send

Hi!

Here's how I found the bug and am reproducing it:

-Create a send from a channel that has a MIDI item written to another
-Configure to only send MIDI instead of Audio & MIDI
-Click on the MIDI icon next to the send volume to change its value from 0 to 127
-Set send velocity to 0 (so you won't hear anything depending on the plugin you're using)
-Delete the send
-Move the MIDI item to the channel that was the receiver
-PRESS PLAY (you won't hear anything)
-Create another Send
-Click on the MIDI icon next to the send volume and change it to the default value
-Delete the Send
-PRESS PLAY (You'll hear the plugin working)
