ReaControllerMIDI log does not display 123 (all-notes-off)
ReaControllerMIDI CC 123 (all-notes-off) on the master fader does not display in the log when you have the Reset on: Play checkbox enabled in preferences. You can enable or disable this in Preferences >> MIDI Devices >> Reset by: Play checkbox. You can test this by checking to see if a piece of MIDI gear receives CC 123 when this checkbox is enabled, or perhaps an easier way entirely in Reaper. If ReaControllerMIDI has MIDI channel set to all, it should show it.
