I did forget about it. But then I got the Don't Crack email and got the Harrison AVA Multiband Compressor for $19 and the Plug & Mix VIP pack of 50 for $49! I already had a few of the P&M but some of the rest (Leslie, Auto wah) are things I don't really own good versions of, so I bit. There are a lot of decent manglers that will sync to tempo in there, which I'm quite the sucker for.

So now I don't feel I need another Super Skeuomorphed channel strip that has knob handles that are unbelievably realistic and annoying as hell to turn.

Hehe... I've not tried the Plug & Mix stuff, would you recommend it?

Plug n mix is ok but they have better sales than that, bought mine for $19. Dont use many of them, but I suppose I got my $19 worth. Since seen them for $15.

Their take on a Univibe is pretty nice though.

Hmmm... The SKnote Univibe sounds really good, to my untrained ears (never used a real one).

I can't believe they actually made a Ward Beck emu. That's really cool. Ward Beck used to make all the consoles for the CBC back in the analogue days. So we've all heard their "sound." I wish I'd known this existed earlier.
