Default Default to "Save … Create subfolder"?

I just helped a friend setting up some Reaper defaults (RPP template, toolbars, basic tracks etc.) and wondered if it'd be possible to make Reaper OSX automatically tick the "create subfolder" when saving "as …".
He's a total newbie, so I'm sure he'll forget about the subfolder option and end up with a huge clutter of audio files and stuff.
Thanks!

As far as I know, the "create subfolder" checkbox should stay ticked after a project was saved with this setting once.

As example:

1) A project is Saved As with "create subfolder" ticked
2) The next time opening the Save As Dialog, the "create subfolder" setting should still be ticked (until a project is saved again without this setting)

EDIT: As a side note: looks like these settings are stored as saveFlags entries in the reaper.ini.

Cool - thanks, will suggest this (and have a look at the .ini file).
