JS pink noise with burst
Hi everyone, is there anyone who can make the JS pinknoise generator with a few mods ?
I would like to use the burst mode for testing reverb units sometimes.
500ms from one burst to another would be enough, a slicer to control the time would be excellent and ON / OFF burst would be.....VERY EXCELENT! heheeh
thanks.

Why not just automate bypass? You can have any length slices you want. And you can make a track template of it that you can use again and again. Or an FX-chain.

Bypass in Reaper usually causes a click that could interfere with the measurements pepe44 is trying to do. (But automating the track volume or the plugin wet/dry mix could work, though...)

Automation works for sure, but I normally have a couple buses and a few more reverbs that I normally place a pink noise before fxs to test and measure some stuff , making those automations would be time consuming. Let's see if anyone can make a mod on the stock pinknoise generator. Think it will be used by many I think ??

Tale has a colored noise generator, not gated but that's a good place to start, if I had more time I'd bang something together myself...

I suppose ReaRack is able to provide such waveforms in a versatile way.

using an internal square lfo generator would work better right ? The gate needs a threshold and pink noise can be quite random at peaks i guess.
