PS. just tried printing and all good but no pg.6 (custom macros & shortcuts). doesn't come out even if I try to just print that page, is there some "protection" tick i'm missing?

The only difference between the two keyboard shortcut docs is that one is optimised for US Letter Page Size, the other optimised for European A4 paper size, so it depends which size paper you're using as to which is best for you.
Can't explain your missing page though, but page 6 is meant to be just a "shell", an empty table for you to write in your own keyboard shortcuts, the ones you create yourself.
