Navigation Bar colorings

Hello,

I'd like to request dedicated color items for Navigation Bar active frame, and Navigation Bar active fill tint

as of today, active frame is shared under item: Media item "offline" text
and fill of this is what I can't find, so I assume it's perhaps % fill only ?
