Hey guys, I'm wondering if anyone has a fancy workaround for this or has encountered a similar issue before - When working with Reaper for sound design, sometimes I like to duplicate my tracks to shuffle things along the timeline or in a different order or sequence of sound if that makes sense.
And by default the behaviour seems to be when you select a bunch of tracks and hit duplicate, it inserts all of those tracks in sort of 'staggering' order, placing them one after another, inserting duplicate beneath its respective, original track.
I was hoping there might be a way to alter this such that the duplicates all go in a line underneath the original tracks highlighted before the duplicating action took place. It would just make things, in my opinion, perhaps a little neater to look at and easier to organize/make sense of quickly, anyone have any ideas for this? Thanks a bunch.
