Default Komplete Kontrol s88 MK2 and Reaper

I got it so it works with VST but getting the transport controls to work seems to be the issue. I tried a bunch of different methods that were recommended with the MK1 but still wont work.

Has anybody gotten reaper and the mk2 to work with transport controls?

Thanks!
Jeff

Disclaimer: I do not have any S keyboard, but keep me informed about all types of controllers...

MK2 communicates with DAWs differently, unlike MK1 which use MIDI carrier it use OSC (network based) carrier. So all methods for MK1 (MIDI learn, MIDI based extensions, Mackie Control) are not working.

Try this extension from Jürgen: https://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?p=1988209
The first post does not mention S MK2, but actual version should support it. Carefully follow installation text file, you will need Java, set environment, manually copy files to correct location.

I have bombarded NI for a release date for Reaper integration or even MCU without success for almost a year now..

I own the 49-key MK2.

Still no solution.

Default Thanks

Thanks @brummbear that worked great! I just put the dll in my Reaper vst folder and as soon as I fired up reaper all the transport controls lit up on the keyboard and worked. This is gonna be a game changer! I appreciate you developing this.
