Reaper with Bias FX VST compatability

I've been using Positive Grid's Bias FX and now Bias FX 2 with Reaper for some time with no problems. However, I recently updated Reaper to the newest version and now not only will it not recognize Bias FX, but wont play any of my tracks recorded with that VST.
I have uninstalled, and reinstalled all programs multiple times, I've used the clear/search for VST's, I've re-routed the VST folders and nothing.
I'm using Windows 10, Scarlett Solo Focusrite, the latest version of Reaper, and Bias FX 64 bit.
Again, everything worked perfectly until I updated Reaper, and now nothing works.
