IXix midi velocity variation generator

Very cool little plugin.

However, it states in the accent files that it must not be terminated with an empty newline.

But without that termination it seems to have an off by 1 issue and undercounts the number of steps in the file.

Anyone else see this?

How do I submit a fix/change to this repo?
