Scrubb Speed Pitch [Limit Scrub Rate to 1]

Limit Scrub Rate to 1 is helpful for stopping the pitch varying too much however you have to get your cursor moving at a fast enough speed to prevent the pitch decreasing. This trying to speed up your movements makes it difficult to focus on a very small area and getting precise points.

It would be better if you could preserve the pitch no matter what speed your cursor is moving. Then you could focus on where changes occur more accurately.


I have checked preserve pitch when changing rate in the item properties but it doesn't fix this problem.


Any ideas on how to achieve a constant pitch when scrubbing?

Could you just play the track? Why do you want to specifically scrub to make it go at rate 1? I don't really use scrubbing so sorry if I have misunderstood it.
