Default File organization setup clarification -Backup folder

I've listened to and copied Kenny G's "Starting a New Project" video and it's all working but I'd like some clarification.
Here is my path:
Documents>Reaper>Reaper Media>Audio> ... then
Song Folder (with song name)> which contains ...

Audio (for wave form files)
Backup (for back up files)
Project File (song name.RRP)
then a bunch of backup files (.rrp-bak) verticall organized by date.

Note that I created a Backup folder per some other video or the Reaper manual (I can't remember which). I cleans up the main folder to just 3 sub-folders.
I created it in the Preference>Project Setting window at the bottom by checking "Save to a time stamped file in additional directory" and typing Backup in the window.

It appears only the auto-save in Project Saving in Preferences>Project is saved in the Backup folder I created, and the manual saves are put under the Project File in a long list. I'd like all the auto and manual backup in the Backup folder. ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET THIS DONE? It's probably some checkbox somewhere, right?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
