Default Getting an error message from my Vir2 Vi One "rompler" instrument

Its saying it cannot find a license when I try to load an instrument sample set. See picture. Im running 32bit reaper on Win7 64bit- it says on VIR2 website that vi one is compatible with Win7- I donwloaded the latest Native Instruments Service center software and it says I have registered it properly (VI One uses the Kontakt 2 player). Reaper has found the vi one and opens up the gui for it just fine, I just cannot load the sounds- weird- the auto installer put them where they are- maybe I need to move the sounds? I dunno- any ideas? See pic

Not specifically a Reaper issue. But ....

Why cannot I see any instruments in the Browser?
Has it ever worked (on another system?)?
Does anything-else load OK?

thanks! great to know. would you happen to have any thoughts on how a current i7-4790k build might compare to an older mac pro 3.1? that's what i'd be replacing.

I tried a couple instruments, nothing loaded
one of the nkx files was not copying right, the disc has a scratch on it, maybe thats why. Vir2 gave me a link to download the vsti and library after i emailed them a pic of my 2009 gtr center reciept- but the uninstaller wont work so i will have to do a manual uninstall then download the vi one and massive library yikes!
