Default Setting a new active MIDI track removes editability from previously active track

- Create Multiple tracks with a MIDI item
- Open all of them in the MIDI editor
- Using the Track List panel on the right, set all of them to editable (lock icon turns green)
- Change the currently active track (arrow icon turns green)
- Watch the previously active track being set as not editable (lock icon turns grey)
- Keep marking other tracks as active and watch all previously active track turning not editable

Is this a bug or intended behaviour?

This is quite annoying when working on orchestral scores. I have one section per track, and I want to keep e.g. all string sections editable when I'm working on the strings. So having to re-enable editability every time I change the active track disrupts my workflow a bit.

In case this is not a bug, is there some option I can set to keep all tracks editable? Or a different workflow to do this comfortably?

Thanks!
