Default Bass Sample. How do I make it glide and detune it?.

Bass Sample. How do I make it glide and detune it on reaper?.

Another question.

Is it possible to take the midi notes up or down an octave without having to drag it?.

Some bass samples has some glide notes to use/tweak, sometimes it matched the beat, sometimes it just don't, or need some tweaks. For samples who don't have any, i guess the only choice is by using pitch on midi editor, only if the sampler/plugin were set to do so.

Detuning for each notes usually can be done inside the sampler, or use pitch on the MIDI editor if you need to detune spesic part only.

Select the MIDI notes, Press T (transpose) from the MIDI editor and then type the value. Or by using JS MIDI transpose plugin if you want to transpose the whole part.
