Default Negative latency when reamping through Helix

Hey all,

Going crazy trying to figure this out and I'm sure it's something simple but I can't seem to get it.

When reamping out of my interface directly into the Helix rack using Reainsert, I am getting a negative latency. The reamped signal is coming into reaper BEFORE the DI starts playing. It's only by a few ms but it's driving me nuts as I have to reamp and then sample adjust my guitars.

I've tried manual/ additional sample adjustment in reainsert with no luck.

May be worth noting that this problem doesn't happen when routing to other outboard gear.

thanks for any and all help!
