Default Resampling issue with Soundtoys plugins

Hi!

When rendering in a different sample rate than the hardware setting, Soundtoys plugins (and as I noticed WavesFactory SnareBuzz as well) sound in a totally messy way once they got rendered e.g. the delay taps are washy and come very late or not at all. I've just found out if I force the project sample rate in project settings AND tick "Use project sample rate for mixing and FX/synth processing" in the render window, the problem disappears. (The whole point is to make different masters in one project like CD - 44.1k, YouTube - 48k, etc.)

Example: https://www83.zippyshare.com/v/AYuuOx8U/file.html

Content:
- 1. 96k source, 96k hw, 96k render raw - original record
- 2. 96k source, 96k hw, 96k render echoboy - no problem
- 3. 96k source, 96k hw, 44.1k render echoboy - faulty!
- 4. 96k source, 44.1k hw, 44.1k render echoboy - no problem
- 5. 96k source, 44.1k hw, 96k render echoboy - faulty!
- 6. 96k source, 44.1k hw, 44.1 pjt sr + use pjt sr, 96k render echoboy - no problem!

Specs:
Asus Prime Z390-A
Intel Core i7 9700k
Kingston HyperX Predator 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2666 MHz
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 250 GB
Seagate Barracuda 3.5" 2 TB 7200 RPM SATA-III x 2
Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 gen 2 with the latest ASIO driver
Win10 Enterprise LTSC
Reaper 6.07

Tried with DirectSound, Win7, laptop, etc. as well, the problem still occurs.

Thanks!
