Theme Bug

I get this bug. Can anyone try to reproduce to see if it's only on my system (Manjaro Linux)? Thank you.

To reproduce:

1. Download one of the following themes:

2. Switch to other themes than these;

3. Switch back to one of these 4 theme and check if you get the Default 6 theme displayed instead of the selected theme.

I already had Neptune IV installed. I didn't have a problem switching back and forth.

Did you unzip the themes? I occasionally unzip the .ReaperThemeZip file to look at the guts of a theme. That could cause problems if different themes reference files of the same name *that have been altered to customize the theme*.

Just guessing...

Unzipping doesn't do anything but clicking on the reapertheme.zip directly from the folder makes the theme switch correctly.

"reapertheme.zip" is not a correct format.

It should be one file:
example: Mytheme.ReaperThemeZip

or a file and a folder that you would get if you unpack/unzip the above format:
Mytheme.ReaperTheme (file)
Mytheme (folder)

If you download a file that similar to this:
Mytheme.zip

you will need to unpack/unzip it to get one of the correct formats.

Thank you for the reply, Lucas. It doesn't seem to be the case for the themes I have, as they are all designated as "*.reaperthemezip".
I never modified them in any way, either. They were all downloaded as "*.reaperthemezip" files initially.

I am unable to reproduce this with LCS_Flat-6_MB2E using Manjaro XCFE and Reaper v6.40

Never any problem. All of them works on Manjaro KDE Plasma and Reaper 6.64. If they aren't zipped (like LCS_Flat-6_MB2E) I just right click and choose Reaper and the theme is installed.

I think I need to clarify something:

LCS_Flat-6_MB2E is normal single theme file.
LCS_Flat-6_MB2E.ReaperThemeZip is the file available to download from Stash.
It just needs to be copied to the ColorThemes folder or dropped on Reaper.
This is one of things that changed in this edition of that theme.

LCS_Flat-6 needs an extra step done before the actual theme file can be transferred to the ColoThemes folder.
LCS_Flat-6.zip is currently the file available to download from Stash.
That file needs to be unpacked/unzipped to get the normal LCS_Flat-6.ReaperThemeZip
This extra step will be eliminated with the next version of the theme.

I think I will need to come up with a different name for MB2E for the next update.
