Default the reaper daw choose 3 tracks and temporarily put next to each other in mixer

hi lets say u have 50 tracks in the project

and you want to quickly choose 3 tracks to find balance of volume between them

can you do that Temporarily in the mixer i.e put them next to each other for only a moment without adjusting the order of all the tracks

It's not quite "Temporarily", as you see in the "gif", it's quick to create the tag, and you can keep it or delete it when you are finished.

Track Tags are very useful for me.

Install SWS, select the tracks you want to view, and run one of the various "Show selected tracks in MCP" actions.

SWS is basically native, but if you absolutely do not want to use anything third-party, there is the Track Manager where you can toggle the visibility of tracks in the MCP and TCP as you like.

... or maybe use the Track Manager to temporarily hide the ones you donn't want to see?
