Bugs are present v6.64, v664+dev0723_x64 & v664+dev0723_x64

1: Width Knob & Width Label errors in TrackPanMode 5
This goes back to v6.13

2: Right Border alignment issues v6.64 and earlier
This goes back to v6.13
The label alignment issue goes back to at least v6.57

3: Folder indent Volume Knob state is missing background under Mute and Solo area
This goes back to v6.13

4: MeterExpansionMode does not work on the C layouts

Not a bug.
Working after rebooting or restarting Reaper.
not sure what caused this, but it's working now.

Yes, seems to be working again after rebooting or restarting Reaper.
not sure what the problem was.
Some kind of user error most likely.
