Default Review a feature in Midi edition

Suggestion :
In some situations (depending of the preference parameters) when we want to add a new note with the mouse in the midi editor, the midi CC doesn't follow the values corresponding at the current time position (= the previous point in the Midi lane) nnd brutally change to 0 or 127. It could be very unpleasant for exmpale when we work in a low level part of sounds, using consequently low level Midi CC / Midi CC11 values, because the added note sounds with a midi cc7 = 127... which is very loud... very bad for our monitors, our headphone and our ears...

My suggestion is to don't send any midi CC value to instruments when we add a new note. If Reaper does that, it will maintain the previous Midi CC value ( exactly as for velocities) and this disturbance will disappear.
Have a nice day.
