Add a "only note input" option to prevent modwheel and pitchwheel input for device.

My piano is broken. Modwheel and Pitchwheel doesn't work correctly. I wanna a option to allow only note input for the particular device. So I think add a new option "only note input" to midi device dialog for the device context menu. Thanks!

Problems like this are better fixed with a MIDI event filter plugin. You can choose to filter out controllers etc.

Do you have ReaPack? MB MIDI event filter is there, and it's pretty self-explanatory. Just insert it before the target VSTi.
