Video window background color?

Is there a way to change the video window background to something other than black?

Nothing shows up in the Theme Tweaker, or on cursory Googling...

AFAIK the background colour cannot be changed via a setting. However, if you add this simple preset to your lowest track, it will create a background of whatever colour you specify:

gfx_set(1,1,1,1,0,-1,1); // First three values are R, G, B.
gfx_fillrect(0,0,project_w,project_h);
