Request for New Features Reasamplomatic 5000

Can we please get some new feature in reasamplomatic 5000 for like god sake its been ages we have so much features in reaper but not many advancement in MIDI
FL's samplers is kick ass and not to mention LOGIC has just wacked out its samplers...
if the developers are seeing this more and more people especially young producers are using reaper because of the price point as well and i would love to see some MIDI advancements for the producers.

Maybe not in the direction of "fun", but there are several improvements that will see the light soon.

Portamento was added already in v6.10+dev0516.

If you look at the Reaper version number, you see it's 6.10+dev0516. The +dev part means it's a work in progress test version, not an official release. The feature will come soon, probably (but not 100% sure) in the next official release. Anyway, it's coming

I would be happy to see a true round robin for the same velocity within one RS5k instance. Velocity should be reserved for dynamics, not for manual RR switching samples - that's ridiculous.

Also I'd be happy to get 'Don't repeat previous ... sample(s)' RR option as well (take closest sample in list you sorted by filename, peaks or RMS).

the operation of reasamplomatic is not comparable to other sample players; the round robin is possible with several instances. it’s a bit like you are blaming reaper for not working as protools. start by understanding its operating logic.
