Distortion (maybe low Khz)

While I got Reaper to perform CPU wise better than when I was with Windows, I get these problems:

- Pianoteq plays at a lower resolution (bitcrusher like effect) until I click PANIC (!).
- Audio sometimes plays with distortion in Muscfore, media player and websites

Any suggestion?

when tuning my Linux system, I hit the same sweet spot performance wise than Windows. I guess it's a hardware limitation.
So, I think Linux and Windows, when well tuned, perform the same (I think it depends on the hardware.
